The Lonely Planet begins its description on India with “India is a litmus test for many travelers - some are only too happy to leave, while others stay for a lifetime.” Tara Gupta, President of Comprehensive Training Solutions, will be sharing her experiences, knowledge and insight of this exotic land as a tourist destination.

Born, raised and educated in India, Tara immigrated to the United States in 1991. Having worked in the Travel Industry both in India and the US, she understands the needs of the American traveler as well as what India has to offer! If this destination is new and unknown to you, attend this highly interactive session with enchanting audio visuals and Q&A, to learn about India for the first time traveler.

  • As a “traveler’s destination” – a spiritual journey through it’s history and architecture
  • As a “vacation” destination – for rest, relaxation and shopping
  • As a “rejuvenation destination” for its’ world renowned yoga and Ayurvedic Spa resorts

Come and have fun with Bollywood music, Indian finger foods and beverages. Perhaps learn how to wear (tie) a saree! Participate and answer questions to win prizes and perhaps be the lucky winners of door prizes!
